- This research aimed to find out the influence of Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) through Intrinsic Motivation (Z) as Intervening Variable toward Employees’ Performance (Y) at PT. POS Indonesia Serang Branch Office. In this research, the population was 40 employees at PT. POS Indonesia Serang Branch Office. Also, the sample was 40 respondents by saturation sampling since the population was less than 100. The data analysis technique used Path Analysis and Sobel Test by using SPSS 20 application. This research obtains some results as follow: (1) Work Discipline has positive and significant effects toward Intrinsic Motivation, (2) Work Environment has positive and significant effects toward Intrinsic Motivation, (3) Work Discipline has positive and significant effects toward Employees’ Performance, (4) Work Environment has positive and significant effects toward Employees’ Performance, (5) Intrinsic Motivation has positive and significant effects toward Employees’ Performance.
