- The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of Decentralization ( DS ) and Accounting System Management ( SAM ) and Managerial Performance ( KM ) . The data used in this study was obtained from Manufacturing Company in Banten Province . Of the 150 questionnaires distributed , the number of questionnaires returned was 52 questionnaire ( 34.67 % ) . The data is processed by using Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) by using a software program Partial Least Square ( PLS ). This study was conducted in Manufacturing company located in Banten province , with the object of study in all managers. This study uses survey research with primary data collection using the questionnaire . The results showed ( 1 ) Decentralization influence on Management Accounting System ( 2 ) System Management Accounting berpengeruh on Managerial Performance .
