- This study was conducted to examine the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment as Intervening Study variable at PT. Pritho West Jakarta. This research uses quantitative method in accordance with the questionnaire and survey. Technique of collecting data using sample method using slovin formula with 60 employees of PT. Pritho as sample. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The data were tested with classical assumption test method, multiple linear sregression analysis, t test, and jalu analysis (Path Analyisis) with SPSS version 20. The result showed that (1) organizational culture had a positive significanteffect on employee performance, show tcount> ttable (2,844> 1,672), and have value (0,006 <0,05). (2) transformational leadership have a positive significanteffect on employee performance, based on result of output result show tcount> ttable (2,956> 1,672), and have value (0,005 <0,05). (3) organizational culture have a positive significanteffect on organizational commitment, based on result of output obtained result tcount> ttable (4,022> 1,671), and have value (0,000> 0,05). (4) transformational leadership has a positive significanteffect on organizational commitment. Based on the results show tcount> ttable (2.789> 1.671), and has a value (0.007 <0.05). (5) organizational commitment have a positive significanteffect on employee performance, based on result of output obtained result show tcount> ttable (2,808> 1,672), and have value (0,007 <0,05).
