- This thesis entitled "The Effect of Government Expenditure, Employment Opportunity and Human Development Index on Economic Growth of Regency and City in Banten Province Year 2010-2014. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of government spending, employment opportunities and human development index partially and simultaneously to the economic growth of the Regency and City in Banten Province. Research method using quantitative method. Sources of research data is secondary data in the form of panel data, ie cross section data and time series data obtained from Banten Province Statistics published by Central Bureau of Statistics of Banten Province. Technique of data collecting done by documentation study. Data analysis using panel data regression with statistical program tools Eviews Version 8. Based on the results of data processing, known R Square value of 0.6289. This shows that variation of economic growth variable of Banten Province is explained by 62,89% by variable of government expenditure, job opportunity and human development index while the rest is explained by other variable which is not examined. Result of t test, it is known that government expenditure and job opportunity have significant influence to economic growth of Regency and City in Banten Province partially, while index of human development does not have an effect on to economic growth of Regency and City in Banten Province partially. Result of F test, it is known that variable of government expenditure, job opportunity and human development index have significant influence to economic growth of Regency and City in Banten Province simultaneously.
