- This study aims to examine the Influence of Management Audit, Good Clinical Governance and Business Ethics of Hospital Institutions on Hospital Performance. The sample in this research is 51 respondents with sampling technique with purposive sampling method that with determines criteria according to the research needs with middle management in hospital Banten Province Area as respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respective respondents. The method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. Data in this research is processed by using software SPSS version 23 (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of this research reveals that management audit has positive effect on hospital performance, good clinical governance has no effect on hospital performance and business ethics of hospital institutions has positive effect on hospital performance.
