The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Transformational Leadership Styles, Preventive Discipline, and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance in Department Delivery Rider in PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Serang Branch Office. This study uses quantitative methods. Associative and descriptive research approach. The sample used were 50 respondents. Sampling technique using saturated samples. For the analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v20. These results indicate that the Transformational Leadership Styles positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of T count> t table (2,304 > 2,011) using a significant level of 0.05, so that H1 is accepted. Next, Preventive Discipline positively and significantly affects the performance of employees. This is evidenced by the results of T count > T table (3,105 > 2,011) with a significant level of 0.05, so that H2 is accepted. Next, Intrinsic Motivation positively and significantly affects the performance of employees. This is evidenced by the results of T count> T table (2,996 > 2,011) using a significant level of 0.05 so that the H3 is received.
