  • This research was conducted to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance through Discipline as Intervening Variable. This research uses quantitative research in accordance with the questionnaire and survey. Technic of data accumulation sample using Saturated sample method with 55 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is Path anilysis The analytical method used in this research is Path anilysis. SPSS Version 22 is a program used in this process and research. The results show that the transformational leadership style have a significant effect on work discipline. Shown by t count > ttable (4,072> 1.67412), so H1 is accepted. Work motivation has no effect and significant to work discipline, shown by t count <ttabel (0,116 <1.67412), so H2 is rejected. Work motivation has no effect and significant to work discipline, shown by t count <ttable (0.116 <1.67412), so H2 is rejected. Motivation of work on employee performance have a significant effect, shown by result t count> ttabel (19,822> 1,67412), so H4 accepted. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, This is indicated by thitung> ttable (5,774> 1.67412), so H5 is accepted.
