This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of transformational leadership style and physical work environment on employee performance through work discipline as intervening variable. The research design used is qualitative design that is Object which become the target of observation of preparation. In this study the method used to analyze the descriptive method used to calculate by using statistical analysis of data that has been disseminated koesioner to respondents. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 50 respondents using qualitative data analysis methods. From result of calculation of program of SPSS v.20, research with significance level 0,05% obtained conclusion : (1) there is positive and significant influence between Transformational Leadership Style to Work Discipline in can t arithmetic > t table (8,058 > 1,67722). (2) there is significant influence between Physical Work Environment to Work Discipline obtained t arithmetic < t table (0,575 < 1,67722) (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance in cant t arithmetic > t table (3,287 > 1,67722) (4) there is no influence between the Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance gained t arithmetic < t table (-0,782 < 1,67722) (5) there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Discipline on Employee Performance t arithmetic < t table (0,418 < 1,67722).
