- This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and financial compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Cakrawala Mega Indah Cabang Serang through achievement motivation as intervening variable. The variables used are transformational leadership style (X1), financial compensation (X2), and achievement motivation (Z) on employee performance (Y). In this study, the type of research used is quantitative research using literature and field research such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. With 81 samples at PT. Cakrawala Mega Indah Cabang Serang horizon as respondent. This research uses descriptive method, data analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test (t test) by using SPSS v20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style have positive and significant effect on employee performance with t-count result (1,737)> t-table (1,667) with significance (0,086)> (0,05). (2) financial compensation has positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount result (7,218)> t-table (1,667) with significance (0,000) <(0,05). (3) transformational leadership style have positive and significant effect to achievement motivation with t-hitung result (1,867)> t-table (1,667) with significance (0,066)> (0,05). (4) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation with t-count result (3,690)> t-table (1,667) with significance (0,000) <(0,05). (5) achievement motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance with result of t-count (3,132)> t-table (1,667) with significance (0,002) <(0,05).
