Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Serang / 2017 This research was appointed based business phenomenon that occurs in the PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Serang, namely the low performance indicated by decreasing attendance rate. This research is quantitative research with descriptive and causal research design, we used multiple linear regression analysis with t test. The number of samples in this study as many as 50 employees, data collection techniques by spreading questionnaires and interviews, while testing for data analysis using validity, reliability, classic assumption test and multiple linear test on though through SPSS V20. The results of this study show Rated thitung of variables X1 = 3,404> t table 2.011, Value thitung of X2 = 2,317> t table 2.011, Value thitung of X3 = 2961>ttabel 2.011 can be stated that the influence of leadership style democratic (X1), the extrinsic motivation( X2) and discipline of preventive (X3) is positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) PT.
