- The purpose of this study was to determine the democratic leadership style affects the performance of employees, to find work motivation affects the performance of employees, and to know the work discipline affects the performance of employees of PT. Multi Talent Universal Cilegon In conducting this research, the writer used descriptive quantitative analytical approach, that is by collecting evidence and the testimony of other data necessary to then be processed and analyzed down to a conclusion. The population in this study were employees of PT. Multi Talent Universal Cilegon, based on the information management of human resources, the number of employees by 120 employees altogether. The sample is calculated based on the formula Slovin, then to determine the sample size used formula Slovin, the sample was set at 55 respondents The results of this study in the first hypothesis there is a positive and significant influence among the democratic leadership style on the performance of employees at PT. Multi Talent Universal Cilegon (the hypothesis is accepted) while the second hypothesis Motivation of a significant difference between the motivation to work on the performance of employees at PT. Multi Talent Universal Cilegon and while the third hypothesis working Discipline significant difference between the Discipline of work to employees performance at PT. Multi Talent Universal Cilegon.
