- The aims of this research is to study the influence of Third Party Fund, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Inflation on Banking Credit of Indonesian Public Banking. We used quarterly period on Statistic Indonesian Banking data issued by Bank Indonesia, from January 2006 to April 2014. Within this research we used Error Correction Model (ECM) method developed by Engle and Granger. The result of this research indicates that Third Party Fund, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Inflation have a significant influence on Banking Credit in long term and short term.
