  • Implementation of Supervision in DPMPTSP, Pandeglang Regency. Supervision plays an important role in an organization because without good supervision, the goals achieved will not be satisfactory. The performance of employees of DPMPTSP in Pandeglang Regency still has some employees whose assessment of performance is still low. The researcher examines about the supervision procedure on the performance and discipline of employees in the Licensing Service of Pandeglang Regency? and How is the implementation of work discipline enforced on the performance of employees in the Licensing Service of Pandeglang Regency? The research method used in writing this thesis is a sociological juridical research method that is a research method based on normative law, but not examining the norm system in statutory rules, but observing how reactions and interactions occur when the norm system it works in society. The results of the research in DPMPTSP of Pandeglang Regency obtained IKM (Community Satisfaction Index) as much as 2016 which was obtained 74.31 scores with good satisfaction quality. The IKM (Community Satisfaction Index) data in 2017 obtained data 62.62 scores with good quality. Data on IKM (Community Satisfaction Index) in 2018 obtained data of 74.76 scores. Based on employee data in DPMPTSP, Pandeglang Regency, which did not attend the morning ceremony in 2018, there were 18 people. Employees at DPMPTSP in Pandeglang Regency whose level of performance assessment, attendance rate, and discipline are lacking or below 69% in 2018 as many as 19 employees.
