- The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of internal quality audits, organizational commitment, performance of procedures on the performance of managers of universities in Banten: with a quality culture as an intervening variable. The data used in this study obtained from an accredited college "B" and the SPI contained therein. Of the 102 questionnaires distributed, the number of questionnaires returned was 57 questionnaire (55,83%), and questionnaires that can be processed is 57 questionnaire (55,83%). The data is processed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using a software program Partial Least Square (PLS). This research was conducted at an accredited college "B" in offerings, with the object of university research manager of top management and middle. This research used a survey with primary data collection using the questionnaire. The results showed (1) Internal Quality Audit effect on Quality Culture (2) Organizational Commitment effect on Quality Culture (3) The application procedure does not affect the Quality Culture (4) Organizational Commitment does not affect the performance business Higher Education (5) Application Procedure affect the business performance of Higher Education and (6) Cultures affect the quality of university High performance business
