- The title of this study is "The Effects of Labor Force, Employment in the Agricultural and Industry Sector on Open Unemployment in the six (6) District / City of Banten Province in the years 2003-2014". This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Labor Force on Open Unemployment in the 6 District / City of Banten Province, (2) the effect of the Employment in Agricultural Sector on Open Unemployment in the 6 District / City of Banten Province, (3) the effect of the Employment in Industry Sector on Open Unemployment in the 6 District / City of Banten Province, (4) the effect of Labor Force, Employment in Agricultural and Industry Sector on Open Unemployment in the 6 District / City of Banten Province. The method that was used in this research is multiple regression method with panel data is the combination of time series with cross section. The analysis technique that was used in this study first Normality tested and Classical Assumptions (Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation). The data that was used is the time period from 2003 to 2014 which includes data and 6 District / City in Banten Province. The results of this study showed that Labor Force, Employment in the Agricultural and Industry Sector simultaneously has a significant affects on Open Unemployment in the 6 District / City of Banten Province. Partially, Labor Force and Employment in the Agricultural Sector has a significant positively affect on Open Unemployment, while the Employment in the Industry Sector has a significant negatively affect on Open Unemployment in the 6 District / City of Banten Province.
