  • The purpose of the observing is to measure the influence of accountability, workload, and work pressure to performance. The data was used in this research from SKPD’s in Bnten Province. From the questionnaire distributed, the questionnaire that could procedded is 31 questionnaires, the data procedded by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software programming. This research used purposive sampling method the sampling was high functionary class III and IV. The result shown (1) accountability is significant influence to workload positively (2) workload is positively affect to employee performance (3) performance is significant influence to work pressure negatively (4) work pressure is significant influence to accountability positively. The results of the study show that the conflict in the accountability requirement has significant impact on the work context with negative perception at different levels, but does not have any significant impact on the work performance of the accountability actors.
