- This thesis entitled factors that affect the balanced scorecard and its impact on organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of organization size, environmental uncertainty, product life cycle, organizational strategy and market position partially to the use of balanced scorecard and influence the use of balanced scorecard to organizational performance Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement tool that combines financial performance and non-financial performance indicators. A scorecard is a card used to record the performance score of a person and / or a group, as well as to record the scoring plan to be realized Research method using quantitative method. The design of this study consisted of the design of deksripitf and causal design. Data collection technique was done by distributing questionnaires with the number of samples of 96 respondents who are willing to be respondents. Data analysis used statistical testing with statistics program SPSS Version 20. Based on the results of data processing, known value Adjusted R Square on model 1 of 0.211. This shows that variation on balanced scorecard usage variables can be explained by 21.1% by organizational size variable, environmental uncertainty, product life cycle, differentiation strategy and market position. While Adjusted R Square value on model 2 is 0.035. This shows that variation on organizational performance variable can be explained by 3.5% by using balanced scorecard variable. The result of t test, it is known that there is influence of organization size, environmental uncertainty and product life cycle to partial balanced scorecard usage, organizational strategy and market position have no effect on balanced scorecard usage by using balanced scorecard influence to organizational performance
