- The purpose of this research is to explain what the role conflict, social comparison with team work, stress, and gender discrimination are associated with the turnover decision made by female accountant. As well as physical appearance and age as control variables. Multiple linear regression is used to analyze survey data from 65 female accountants from public accountant office affiliated with foreign audit organization in Jakarta which is chosen by using purposive purposive sampling. The theory of social comparison used to explain the influence of every variables. The variables were measured using likert scale 1-5. The result of this research show that only role conflict, stress, and gender discrimination, have significant positive effect on turnover decision of female auditors at accountant office affiliated with foreign audit organization in Jakarta
