  • This study aims to examine the factors that affect the implementation of Performance Measurement System and its effect on Organizational Performance of Regional Working Units in Province Banten. The factors that were examined in this study isinformation , organization objective and target, organizational culture and Organizational Commitment The sample in this study are structural officials which involved in the strategic planning process of Regional Working Units in Province Banten which contain 60 respondents. This study uses purposive sampling technique and spreads the questionnaire directly to the respondents for the data collection. The data analysis in this study uses partial least square method. The result of this study reveals that information, and organizational commitment positively and significantly affect the implementation of performance measurement system. In addition, this study also proves that performance measurement system positively and significantly affects the organizational performance.
