Companies in running an unreliable business and can compete in existing markets to safeguard firms, In competition in higher prices for companies, one way of adding value to a company is by running an efficient distribution of products. From result of the research, distribution of rockwool by the company during the year 2016-2017 at a cost of Rp. 358.054.780. but when applying the DRP method distribution costs to be incurred by the company Rp. 283.234.905. so that istribution costs by using the DRP can save distribution costs Rp 74,819,875 or by 17 %.
