- This study aims to detect and analyze the quality control on shoe screening products in PT. Masterina Grafika Esprinta. In this research, a quality of shoe screen printing using six sigma method consists of define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC). In addition, the types of defects that occur in shoe screening products such as splattering screen printing, dirty screen printing, and pattern mismatch on shoe screen printing. After the analysis, it is known that the biggest defect that occurs in the production of shoe screen printing is splattering with a percentage of 46.2%. The second largest number of disabilities is screen printing of pattern incompatibility with percentage 34.4%. The largest number of three defects is a gross screen printing with a disability percentage of 19.4%. Also found that the cause of defects in shoe sablon products comes from machine, man, method, material, and environment factors obtained by analysis using cause and effect diagrams.
