In the guidance of Bambang Mahmudi S.E.,MM as the Supervising Lecturer I and nok Nurhayati, SE., M.M. as Supervising Lecturer II. Department of Management Faculty of Economics and Business University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Year 2018. This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation Rate (X1), Leverage proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) (X2) and Dividend Policy which is proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) (X3) on Stock Prices. The population used in this study are all the various industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2007-2016. The sample of this study amounted to 9 companies from 41 companies the number of population using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) inflation has a negative and insignificant effect, (2) DER has no influence on stock prices, (3) DPR has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices.
