- Investment is a crucial factor for the sustainability of the economic development process. Economic development involves activities in the production of goods and services in all economic sectors. The creation of production activities can encourage job creation and income generation, which further increases market demand.The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Interest Rates Credit, Inflation, and GDP against PMDN in Indonesia. Data analysis method used is Ordinary Least Squiare (OLS) from 1983-2015. The results showed that the variable of Interest Rates of Credit, Inflation and GDP had a significant positive effect simultaneously or together to PMDN in Indonesia amounted to 12.97. Partially, there is no significant, non-significant influence between the Interest Rate of Credit to PMDN with probability 0.5434 < 2.042, there is no significant positive influence, between Inflation to Domestic Investment in Indonesia with probability 0.4780 < 2.042, and significant influence with Positive direction, between GDP PMDN in Indonesia with probability of 4.708442> 2.042.
