- In this research, the author chose the title “Analysis of the Influence of Gross Regional Domestic Per-Capita, Gap Output and Minimum Wage to Total Unemployment at Regency and City in Banten Province Year 2010-2015". The purpose of this research is to analyze partially the influence of gross regional domestic per-capita, gap output and minimum wage to total unemployment at Regency and City in Banten Province and simultaneously analyzing the influence of gross regional domestic per-capita, gap output and minimum wage to total unemployment at Regency and City in Banten Province. The method used in this research is multiple regression method with panel data that is the combination between time series and cross section. The data is used the time period of 2010 until 2015 which includes data of Regency and City in Banten Province. The result of the research shows that during the period of 2010 until 2015 the variable of gross regional domestic per-capita partially not influence to the total unemployment of Regency and City in Banten Province, while the variable of gap output and the variable minimum wage partially influence to the total unemployment of Regency and City in Banten Province. Furthermore, the variables of gross regional domestic per-capita, gap output and minimum wage simultaneously influence on total unemployment of Regency and City in Banten Province.
