- Income inequality is an indicator development success in order to make the community become more prosperous.In indonesia income inequality still wide enough, seeing this condition, an analysis of the income inequality between regions necessary.Disparities revenue was phenomenon that occurs in the area which developing, whereby it is caused by the regional economic prosperity causing richer rich and poor even poorer. This study attempts to analyze the influence of foreign capital investment, local revenue, general allocation funds, and human development index of income inequality 7 province of jawa-bali 2009-2015 year.This research is quantitative, the panel data with fixed effect model ( fem ), the result showed that variable foreign capital investment ( investment ), local revenue ( pad ), general allocation fund ( dau ), and human development index ( hdi ) have significant impact on income inequality 7 province of jawa-bali 2009-2015 year. The results of the income inequality seven provinces on the island of java and bali years 2009-2015 influenced by foreign investment ( pma ) , income to the local revenue , general allocation funds ( dau ) , and an index hdi for reached 83 % and the rest those are 17 % described by other variables that are not included in this research.
