- This study aims to determine the effect of variables Foreign Investment and Regional Minimum Wage on Employment Absorption in the Regency / City in Banten Province. The data used in this study is data per year starting in 20132017. All data in this study were obtained from BPS. This research uses panel data method. Based on the partial test result (t-test) shows that the Foreign Investment variable has no significant influence on the Manpower Absorption, but the Regional Minimum Wage has a significant influence on Manpower Absorption in the Regency / City in Banten Province.
