Daftar Isi:
- Economic disparities or inequality in the distribution of income are two major problems that generally occur in every region in Indonesia. Inequality income distribution can be caused by several factors, both economic and noneconomic. Uneven levels of Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) Per Capita, different Human Development Indexes between regions, and different Natural Resources content and poor utilization will have an impact on the resulting revenue gap causing inequality in the distribution of income. This study aims to analyze the influence of GDRP Per Capita, HDI and Natural Resources to income inequality in 33 provinces in Indonesia 2010-2015. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data with crosssection 33 provinces and time series 2010-2015. The analysis tool used is panel data regression with FEM (Fixed Effect Model) method. The results showed that the per capita GDRP and Human Development Index variables have a negative and significant effect on income distribution inequality. While the variable of natural resources have positive and significant effect to income distribution inequality.
