  • The Community Lead Total Sanitation (CLTS) – Stunting Intervention Program is a program carried out by the Ministry of Health seeks to reduce the risk of stunting in children by increasing the quality of environmental sanitation and implementing improvements in hygienic and sanitary behavior in the home. There was several problems, such as: there were several latrine buildings that were not in accordance with the technical latrine construction, lack of supervision by CLTS-Stunting and Sanitarian officers after socialization, socialization activities for triggering sanitation-stunting that were not optimal, and lack of community attention to household sanitation conditions. This study will provide an overview the effectiveness of the CLTS-Stunting Intervention Program in Bayumundu Village using measurement of program effectiveness from Campbell JP with indicators Program Success, Target Success, Program Satisfaction, Input and Output, and Overall Goal Achievement. The research method is descriptive quantitative, using stratified random sampling as sampling technique and 76 respondents as sample size. Hypothesis z test indicate that value of Zh (18,013) is higher than Zα (1,645), it can be that H0 is ‘rejected’. That means, the effectiveness of CLTS-Stunting Intervention Program in Bayumundu Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency is ‘effective’ because it exceeds 70.00%. Recommendations include improving approach to the community during socialization activities, forming a supervisory team to assist the health apparatus in monitoring activities, collecting data on the community both those who follow triggering and those who wish to build latrines but lack capital, and ensuring transparency amount of money set aside in the program's budget.
