- investment can increase the stock of capital in producing goods and services. According to the type of source, private investment is divided into two namely PMA and PMDN. The development of private investment every year always increases but in certain year the value of realization of private investment does not reach the target. Therefore, the value of private investment should continue to be improved. The objectives of this research are to find out the influence of economic growth, lending rate, inflation, LIBOR interest rate and private investment of the previous period to private investment in 2007-2015 period. The Analysis model is using the partial adjustment model (PAM) regression method. Based on the results of regression analysis, it is known that economic growth has a positive significant effect on private investment. Inflation has positive no significant effect on investment, credit interest rate has positive no significant effect on investment and LIBOR interest rate has negative significant effect on private investment and private investment in previous period positively influence private investment.
