- Banten Province is a Province that has many tourism industry such as Pandeglang District, Serang District and Serang City. In expression of work, tourism sector is expected to absorp more labor than others sectors. This study aimed to know how good effect partially as well as simultaneous number of attractions variable, number of tourists and number of hotels toward labor absorption in tourism sector in district/city in Banten Province. This study used secondary data which obtained from Statistical Center of Banten Province (Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten) with time series data (2011-2015) and cross section data (8 districts/cities). The analysis method of this study used Pooled Least Square in panel data and eviews-8 software. The result of the analysis can be concluded that partially number of attractions variable does not has significant effect while number of tourists variable and number of hotels have significant effect toward the absorption in tourism sector. Simultaneously, the number of attractions variable, tourist and hotel have significant effect toward labor absorption in tourism sector in district/city in Banten Province.
