The purpose of this study was to describe nursing care for pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum with nutritional deficit nursing problems carried out by fulfilling nutritional needs. The method used in this research is descriptive research in the form of case studies with a Nursing Care approach, which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results obtained from the study were patients affected by HEG still felt weak, Vomited continuously which affected the general condition, no appetite, decreased body weight, increased body temperature, pulse increased by about 100 per minute and decreased systolic blood pressure, skin turgor reduced, The tongue is dry sunken eyes, Feeling pain in the epigastrium. The results of the study on Mrs. I and Mrs. K found that the main complaint felt was that the client said that he often complained of nausea and vomiting during his pregnancy so that with this condition he had no appetite and felt tired, the client was also unable to carry out activities with his condition.
