- This study aims to determine the effect of variables of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Exchange Rate, Foreign Debt (ULN) and Net Export to Balance of Payments in Indonesia. The data used in this study is data per year starting from 1986-2016. All data in this study were obtained from Bank Indonesia. This research uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Based on the results of partial test (t-test) shows that the variables of Gross Domestic Product and Net Export have a significant effect on the Payments Balance. However, foreign exchange and foreign exchange rates have no significant effect on the balance of payments in Indonesia
