- This study describes the quality of services of Pandeglang Regency's One Stop Investment and Licensing Service (DPMPTSP), this study is motivated by the standards of operational procedures that have been determined by the center that cannot be optimally implemented. To help the community in the service process, the Minister of Home Affairs issued a Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs (Permendagri) Number 24 of 2006 concerning the One Stop Integrated Service Guidelines so that the Services could run effectively and excelently. Whereas the public considers that public services held by bureaucrats tend to be long, complicated, with complex requirements and inflexible regulations. The task of the government, both central and regional, is to fulfill various community needs while solving the problems that arise. The task is called the service assignment. So the quality of service available at the DPMPTSP office in Pandeglang Regency still needs to be carefully examined. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative and uses interviewing, observation and documentation data collection techniques. This research has a framework of thinking that is supported by the principles of public service in Mukarom and Laksana. From the overall service quality of DPMPTSP Pandeglang Regency has been running quite well, but there are some points that are still lacking such as human resources (HR) in the context of capabilities, infrastructure. For this reason, DPMPTSP in Pandeglang Regency must overcome deficiencies and improve to become a quality service.
