- ABSTRACT Abstract: Indonesia has a record of malnourished at 0-59 months of age in Indonesia at 3.8%, while undernourishment at 14% is not getting enough exclusive as a result of disproportionate production or production of breast milk in the post of ovarian hormones, and encouraging the oxytocin reflex requires an action on oxytocin massage. Oxytocin massage is a massages along the mother's spine of the post mortem. The purpose of the study is to know the studies, the nausea, intervention and oxytocin massage action to increase production of breast milk in the post mother's facilities. This method of research uses case study. The results of the study found that the implementation of oxytocin massage therapy on Mrs, J and Mrs. F can facilitate the production of breast milk in spontaneous mother post mortem. The conclusions that there is an influence between oxytocin massage therapy on smoothness and milk production in post partum mothers. Keywords: Post mortem, Oxytocin massage, Breast milk
