The data collection method in this case study was carried out in several ways including interviews, observations, and physical examinations. The data obtained came from subjective data or the answers expressed by both clients. The method used in this case study using nursing care consists of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. And the results of a case study on both clients had cholesterol levels > 200 mg/dL. Diagnosis of clients I and II is a knowledge deficit. The results obtained are based on the results of the case studies of client I and client II due to education and age factors. The established intervention is to provide health education about hypercholesterolemia. Implementation is done by providing health education about hypercholesterolemia. Evaluation based on the results of case studies on client I and client II is that both clients have been able to understand and understand what the nurse has conveyed. The author draws conclusions based on the results of the author's evaluation that the overall problem in achieving the two clients can be resolved so that the intervention is stopped with the result that the knowledge of both clients can increase after being given health education actions regarding hypercholesterolemia.
