  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (PPOK) is a chronic disease characterized by the presence of airflow obstructions in the progressive and persistent airways and lungs as a chronic inflammatory response to exposure to harmful particles or gases. The nursing problem that arises in these PPOK patients is that airway bleeding is ineffective. This study aims to find out the picture of nursing care in PPOK patients with airway bleeding ineffective in the RSUD Emergency Installation dr. Dreadjat Prawiranegara. The focus of the study was conducted on patients with chronically obstructive pulmonary disease with airway bleeding disorder ineffective. Her nursing planning is monitoring vital signs, regulating oxygen delivery, teaching patients and families how to use oxygen at home. Implementation was performed for 3 days against both patients. Conclusion: Based on a 3-day nursing evaluation, it shows that in client 1 it has improved marked by coughing, shortness of breath has decreased, and increased saturation, while in client 2 it has improved which is marked by reduced shortness of breath, limp has decreased and there is increased saturation.
