The research subjects in this case study were a comparison of 2 patients with pneumonia. Based on the research that has been carried out, conclusions were obtained, namely during the implementation of oxygenization and nebulizers basically, the problem of ineffective airway clearance in both clients can be resolved every time an action is given, which is marked by breathing in both clients slowly within the normal range. However, interventions should still be continued to monitor health progress in patients. Keywords: Emergency Nursing Care, Pneumonia, Ineffective Airway Clearing
