  • Non-hemorrhagic stroke is a blockage of blood vessels that causes blood vessels to the brain to partially or completely stop. Every year, Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke sufferers in Indonesia are increasing, based on RISKESDAS data in 2018, stroke patients reached 10.9%. While in the province of Banten itself reached 3.7%. Based on medical record data for 2021 in Aster Room 2 RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke cases reached 307 cases. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the application of nursing care to Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients with ROM (Range Of Motion) physical exercise to overcome physical mobility disorders. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using case studies, with the research sample being carried out on 2 patients who have impaired physical mobility. The results of the study are that after the assessment, the data has changed after the ROM exercise intervention, nursing implementation for 4 days, namely monitoring vital signs and seeing patient responses during exercise, seeing increased muscle strength, clients can move upper and lower extremities, maintain mobility, clients increase in physical activity. The evaluation obtained had several different results, patient 1 had the problem partially resolved on day 4, while patient 2 was partially resolved on day 2.
