- Pulmonary TB is an infectious infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis that attacks the lung parenchyma so that patients feel short of breath (Dyan Nuraini, 2021). Oxygen (O2) is a very vital gas in the survival of cells and body tissues. The purpose of the study was to carry out nursing care for ineffective breathing patterns in pulmonary TB patients. This research method uses a case study method using two clients as respondents. The data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews, physical examinations, and documentation studies which were carried out from 10 march 2022 to 13 march 2022 at the Banten Provincial Hospital. Nursing care interventions are given for 3x24 hours in pulmonary TB patients to reduce the feeling of tightness felt. Keywords: Pulmonary TB, Oxygen, Oxygen Therapy
