The background of this research is that the management of village fund alocation in the village of Gunungsari as a whole has not been carried out optimally due to problem, namely : lack for transparancy in the mnagement of village fund aloocation, lack of employees to manage village fund allocation, there is no community empowernment program, and lack of supervision from village concultative bodies, objective of the research is to know the Management of Village Fund Allocation in Gunungsari Village, Gunungsari District, Serang Banten 2016. This research uses the concept of regional financia management cycles from the deputy of regional financial management supervision, 2015.The research method used is an observation method with a qualitative approach. Technique of data analysis research with Miles and Huberman’s data analysis. The results of Management of Village Fund Allocation in Gunungsari Village, Gunungsari District, Serang Banten 2016 is not good. Because the planning process in Gunungsari village does not involve the community, village fund allocation is prioritized for infrastructure development. Not yet implemented communitty emplowerment programs. Disbursement of founds is not on time. There is not responsibility for the implementation team in preparing the report. Lack of supervision from village concultative bodies and communities. Advice that can be given is the need for community empowerment activities so that the community develops, is emowered and independent. The need for technicalguidance in managing village fungallocation, especially in preparing reports. Supervission from the fillage consutative body was further enhanced.
