  • The existence of Banten Province as the province is still relatively young, encouraging provinces government made various efforts to improve its performance, one of which is to conduct studies in order to improve the discipline of the government apparatus. The results of this study are expected to resolve the problems faced by local government in particular on improving the discipline of Civil Servants in the province of Banten. The method used is to use a mixed method approach. Field findings show that in general the condition level of discipline civil servants Banten provincial government is still in good condition with a minimum level of discipline up to 70%, although partially discovered the existence of several dimensions that still need to be developed and improved, namely: commitment to the vows and promises of employee civil servants, welfare, and civil responsibility and obedience. Thus giving a clear reward and punishment, exemplary leadership, and other things that can increase a recommendation disciplinary apparatus in this study. Keywords: Discipline, Performance Apparatus
