- Information technology in the study of science 0f Untirta public administration from the perspective of New Public Management, one of which was adopted in the form of e-government. Realization can be seen in the application of academic services by Untirta under JARDIKNAS network through the site in www.untirta.ac.id. One part of the site is the implementation of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) online in www.siakad.untirta.ac.id. Technical Service Unit entrusted with the task to manage the site Untirta is Data and Information Center (PUSDAINFO). This research method is quantitative descriptive. With the sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The results showed that the application of SIAKAD Online in Untirta still low, so the impact on respondent satisfaction. This is because network connections are interrupted or slow, yet supported with facilities and infrastructure such as broadband modem hotspot with wide coverage, low download quota and not academic portal can be accessed at any time. There is no security over the username and password, often exploited by unscrupulous students to change the values that have been uploaded. Recommendations of this study are: fixed wireless network and propagated, plus internet quota, SIAKAD can be accessed at any time and forums contained in SIAKAD can be used to enhance the learning objectives.
