- This research aims to analyze the impact of third parties fund and non performing loan on profitability with credit distribution as intervening veriable. This research is done on go public companies of banking sector with the period 2009 up to 2013. The sample of this research is taken by using purposive sampling method to obtain representative samples according to criteria defined.samples of this research are six companies of banking sector. Analyzing technique used in this research is Path Analysis while the hypothesis is testedby using T-test. This analysis of all variables show that third partiesfund partially positively affect to credit distribution. In the other hand, non performing loan has negative impact to credit distribution. The result result of Path Analysis shows that non performing loan to profitability.
