- This study aimed to examine the influence of human resources, the use of information technology, accounting internal control, organizational commitment on reliability financial reporting. This research was conducted in SKPD Kabupaten Tangerang. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire as much as 96 copies, which were distributed to respondents who are staff in 32 work units Tangerang regency. The data in this study were processed using IBM software Statistical Package For Social Science ( SPSS ) version 19.0.
