The relationship&#xD; between the variable with the variable other.&#xD; From the calculation of SPSS V19 multiple correlation analysis obtained R=0.763, then&#xD; the variable Quality Care and Patient Satisfaction moderate influence on Patient Loyalty. While&#xD; the magnitude of the coefficient of determination of R2=0. 582 means that the variable is affected&#xD; by the Patient Loyalty and Quality Care, Patient Satisfaction, while the remaining 41,8% is&#xD; explained by other variables outside research. Conducted research hypothesis turned out to&#xD; support and prove the hypothesis that there is a significant impact of Quality Care on Patient&#xD; Loyalty at outpatient clinic Krakatau Medika HealthCare Serang is true and then there is a&#xD; significant influence on Patient Loyalty of Patient Satisfaction at outpatient clinic Krakatau&#xD; Medika HealthCare Serang is not true. It&#x2019;s based on the calculation on the t test t (count)&#xD; partially on the t (table) with existing criteria tcount (8,458) &gt; ttable (1,663) and tcount (1,636) &lt;&#xD; ttable (1,663), thus the null hypothesis is rejected and alternative hypothesis received.as well as&#xD; the test result by using the simultaneuos f test and prove it also support the hypothesis that state&#xD; that there is a significant effect beetween Quality Care and Patient Satisfaction for Patient&#xD; Loyalty is correct, it is based on calculation of f table. With existing criteria F-count (57,835) &gt;&#xD; F-table (2,369), thus zero is rejected and accepted hypothesis alternatives.
