Loyalty outpatient clinic Krakatau Medika HealthCare Serang, Quality Care and Patient
Satisfaction on Patient Loyalty outpatient clinic Krakatau Medika HealthCare Serang.
In this study the method used descriptive method is a method that seeks to collect, present
and analyze the data so that it can provide a fairly clear picture of the object under study, while
the design of the study is to the analyze the design of a casual relationship. The relationship
between the variable with the variable other.
From the calculation of SPSS V19 multiple correlation analysis obtained R=0.763, then
the variable Quality Care and Patient Satisfaction moderate influence on Patient Loyalty. While
the magnitude of the coefficient of determination of R2=0. 582 means that the variable is affected
by the Patient Loyalty and Quality Care, Patient Satisfaction, while the remaining 41,8% is
explained by other variables outside research. Conducted research hypothesis turned out to
support and prove the hypothesis that there is a significant impact of Quality Care on Patient
Loyalty at outpatient clinic Krakatau Medika HealthCare Serang is true and then there is a
significant influence on Patient Loyalty of Patient Satisfaction at outpatient clinic Krakatau
Medika HealthCare Serang is not true. It’s based on the calculation on the t test t (count)
partially on the t (table) with existing criteria tcount (8,458) > ttable (1,663) and tcount (1,636) <
ttable (1,663), thus the null hypothesis is rejected and alternative hypothesis received.as well as
the test result by using the simultaneuos f test and prove it also support the hypothesis that state
that there is a significant effect beetween Quality Care and Patient Satisfaction for Patient
Loyalty is correct, it is based on calculation of f table. With existing criteria F-count (57,835) >
F-table (2,369), thus zero is rejected and accepted hypothesis alternatives. The regression
equotion Y = 3,804 + 0,641X1 + 0,221X2 and after calculations using values assumtion does
seem if Quality Care and Patient Satisfaction improved the results of the Patient Loyalty will
increase as well.</description><date>2014</date><type>Thesis:Thesis</type><type>PeerReview:NonPeerReviewed</type><type>Book:Book</type><language>ind</language><identifier>https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/13781/1/PENGARUH%20KUALITAS%20PELAYANAN%20DAN%20KEPUASAN%20PASIEN%20TERHADAP%20LOYALITAS%20PASIEN%20RAWAT%20JALAN%20PADA%20KLINIK%20KRAKATAU%20MEDIKA%20HEAL~1.pdf</identifier><identifier> Agri Anugrah, Tb.
