- the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image of the customer satisfaction. In this study, the quality of service as a variable (X1), the image of the brand as a variable (X2) and customer satisfaction as a variable (Y). Data from the three variables were analyzed using SPSS version 20. The sample used in this study 100 respondence. Data obtained through questionnaires for validity and reliability. The analysis used simple regression, t, accompanied by classical assumptions. From the results of all calculations, validity, reliability, and classical assumption is met. The results showed a significant effect on the Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction at PT. Dwi Perkasa Mobiltama Serang branch This is evident from the results of the t test first obtained t count of (10,795)> t table (1.9845), the H1 is accepted. This means that the better quality of service, the number of consumers who buy increased. And Brand Image significant effect on customer satisfaction, it is evident from the results of the t test both the gain tcount of (9,839<t table (1.9845), the H2 is rejected. That means that the better the brand image, the number of consumers who buy increased significantly . Quality of Service and Brand Image significant positive effect on customer satisfaction PT.
