  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur - Cikupa Plant. In this study the method used to analyze the use of descriptive methods that aim to describe or illustrate an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon. While the design of the study is exploratory design and design is to analyze the causal relationships between one variable with another variable by using statistics. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 67 respondents who use this method of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation of SPSS v.20, based on the analysis of SPSS v.20 generated a degree of influence between Communications Interpersonal to Employee Performance obtained hypothesis testing results obtained from t-test (5.940) > t-table (1.997), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between Interpersonal Communication (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the t-test (2.140) > t-table (1.997) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between Intrinsic Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur Cikupa- Plant.
