- Purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of auditor performance, new auditor, and accounting experience on client satisfaction and client loyalty. In this study, auditor performance, new auditor, and accounting experience used as independent variables, client loyalty is used as the Dependent variable and client satisfaction as a intermediate variables. This research was conducted in some Manufacturing Company in Banten, with the object of research is the Finance Manager, Accounting Manger and Internal Auditor manger. This study uses an associative study with primary data collection using questionnaires. The selection of samples tested in this study purposive sampling of respondents selected as samples. Software analyzes the data using partial least squares (PLS). The results of this study were: (1) Auditor performance a positive effect on client satisfaction, (2) new auditor a positive effect on client satisfaction, (3) accounting experience a positive effect on client satisfaction, (4) client satisfaction a positive effect on client loyalty.
