  • This study aims to determine the Effects of Occupational Health and SafetyStyle and incentification on Employee Performance in PT.Erawan Multi Perkasa Abadi. This type of research is a quantitative study using survey research techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 41 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated samples. Data processing studies performed using SPSS version 21. From the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program obtained values in column R = 0.590 with this shows the relationship is between the variables X1 (of Occupational Health and SafetyStyle ) and X2 (incentification ) to Y (employee performance). While the determination coefficient of 0.348 mean that the influence of Occupational Health and SafetyStyle and incentification on Employee. Performance was 34.8% and the balance of 65.2% is influenced by other factors outside the study, which means that if the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Style and incentification to do well will affect Employee performance. From the test results obtained by the results of the F count> F table (10.142 > 3.24) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, it means that there are indeed significant influence of Occupational Health and SafetyStyle and incentification on Employee Performance PT. Erawan Multi Perkasa Abadi and obtained the following multiple regression equation Y = 13.568 + 0.253 X1 + 0.322 X2
