  • This research about the effect of Work Satisfaction And Motivation to performance of members and determine whether there is influence between Work Satisfaction and Motivation to performance . The research design used in this study in design descriptive, and causal. Samples used as many as 65 respondents analysis linear regretion by the formula. Research results and statistical calculations using multiple regression analysis for variable X1 (Work Satisfaction), variable X2 (Motivation) and Y (Performance) obtained the test results simultaneously Influence Work Satisfaction and Motivation on Performance produced multiple correlation value of 0.66. Means there is a strong relationship between Work Satisfaction and Motivation on the performance of Members. To determine the level keberpengaruhan between Work Satisfaction and Motivation to Performance A view of the value of the coefficient of determination or R squere generated value that is equal to 0.576 means that there are influences between Work Satisfaction and Motivation is a Member of the Performance of the remaining 57,6% 42,4% affected by other factors not addressed in this research. Testing hypotheses based on the T test, which Tcount> T table (1,998> 0,05) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect between Work Satisfaction and Motivation to Performance Member.
